1 About Prasar Finserv
Prasar Finserv is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN Holder) and an IRDAI Licensed Insurance Advisor, operated by Sarika Chawla, based in Delhi, India. We offer mutual fund distribution, insurance advisory, and financial literacy training services to individuals and corporates across India.
In these Terms, "we", "us", or "Prasar" refers to Prasar Finserv. "You" or "client" refers to any individual or entity using our website or services.
2 Nature of Services
Prasar Finserv acts as a distributor and facilitator of financial products — not as a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) under the Investment Adviser Regulations, 2013. Our services include:
- Distribution of mutual fund products
- Advisory and facilitation of insurance products
- Financial literacy training and workshops
- One-on-one consultations
All financial products facilitated by us are subject to the terms, conditions, and offer documents of the respective product provider. You are strongly advised to read all scheme-related documents, Key Information Memoranda (KIM), and policy documents before making any financial decision.
3 Regulatory Disclosures
In compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI regulations, we disclose the following:
- AMFI Registration: Prasar Finserv is registered as a Mutual Fund Distributor under AMFI. ARN details are available on request.
- IRDAI Licence: We hold a valid IRDAI composite insurance advisor licence. Details available on request.
- Commission: As a mutual fund distributor, we receive trail commissions from AMCs. As an insurance advisor, we receive distribution commissions from insurers. These are regulated by SEBI and IRDAI respectively and disclosed in the relevant product documents.
- KYC Compliance: All clients must complete KYC formalities before any financial transaction, as required by applicable regulations.
4 No Guarantee of Returns
Prasar Finserv makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the returns, performance, or profitability of any investment or insurance product. All investment decisions are ultimately made by you, the client. We shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from investment decisions made based on information or guidance provided by us.
5 Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information
- Read all product documents before signing any application
- Inform us promptly of any changes in your financial situation or risk appetite
- Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law
6 Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal information — including name, contact details, and financial details — when you submit an enquiry or engage with our services. This information is used solely to provide the services you have requested and to meet our regulatory obligations under SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI frameworks.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be shared with AMCs, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies only as required for processing your transactions or complying with legal obligations. 7 Intellectual Property

8 Limitation of Liability

10 Grievance Redressal

If your complaint remains unresolved, you may escalate to:
- AMFI / SEBI via the SCORES portal at scores.gov.in
- IRDAI via the IGMS portal at igms.irda.gov.in
11 Amendments
Prasar Finserv reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable SEBI, AMFI, or IRDAI regulations, the regulatory requirements shall prevail.
